Kosiorek Design is a New York State-based design and drafting company, specializing in detailed plans for residential homes, additions, decks, porches, and small commercial projects. We serve homeowners, business owners, contractor, and builders across New York State, primarily working in the Western New York region (including Buffalo, Rochester, and Batavia) and the Hudson Valley region (including New Paltz, Poughkeepsie, Ulster County, and surrounding areas).

Founded by Daniel Kosiorek with years of hands-on experience in drafting and construction coordination, we are committed to designs that are buildable, beautiful, and budget-aware. Our focus is on providing precise documentation and proactive communication, ensuring a seamless journey from concept to construction.

OUR PROCESS

All projects are developed using Building Information Modeling (BIM)—specifically utilizing Revit—for accurate 3D modeling and technical coordination. We enhance our design presentations with Lumion rendering software, offering realistic visualizations that help homeowners, business owners, and contractors clearly visualize the plans and move forward with confidence.

Crucially, our process is designed to deliver professionally stamped, construction-ready plans. We work in close collaboration with licensed New York State design professionals, such as Architects and Engineers, who provide the necessary review, professional stamp, and approval, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest standards, meet New York building codes, and are ready for permitting.
